We all know that we are not proud to work at Ford; this company is absolutely horrible place to work where dreams come to die and incompetence is the guiding charter. If you are 20s or 30s, this is the last place to be unless you want to have a mediocre career.
So be quiet , keep your head down and just collect paychecks and either

Incompetence breeds incompetence. Incompetent management keeps promoting incompetent friends and family so they can protect and cover for each other. Ask yourself when is the last time you seen somebody get fired for sc--wing up. Those people are just promoted out of that position and are no longer held accountable. That’s why the company stands no chance of survival. it’s too embedded with a cult mentality of people that don’t know what they’re doing and can’t be gotten rid of. You’re not gonna fire your friend or a family member. If you are not in the club you don’t matter. Performance has zero to do with advancing your career, no matter how hard you work and what you deliver, unless you are connected and some how brake in and get in the club.
If they were really interested in productive behaviors don't you think they'd be rewarding it? Maybe with high ratings...but apparently these ratings cannot be given out. They aren't interested in measuring productivity besides...they know they can't attribute what you do down to tue bottom line. Automotive is known for its high bonuses. It's and industry also know for its volatility. Work there while your young. If you stay for 5 years you are an old timer and embedded. Learning to branch out will be better for your career.
