Happens to me. This week is w36, it's been bugging me since w31. With all the energy I could have been productive, are diverted to job hunting, worrying, discussing, reading this website twice a day. Can't the process just be a little quicker. You guys are demoralizing the whole company the longer you drag the timeline!

Same, cant focus on innovating, just delivering what being asked and sustaining. I believed in Pat and has been lied for last 2 years. My total TCOMP gone down, why should I care?

My observation is work slowed to a crawl when the earnings report disaster dropped and the layoff rumors fired up. Hard to stay motivated working in the boiler room of a sinking ship.
Same here, same thoughts… just giving about 70%. I’m really surprised that no one on the Board can make decisions based on Change Management principles..
