With the acquisition of RTG by Triage I would not be surprised one bit if we were the next company to be acquired by a competitor. I just can’t understand at what point will be enough when it comes to quiet layoffs. You still need people to do the job but maybe AI and the Philippine team will be taking over more tasks than we are being told. That’s my guess. I will never recommend this company to anyone - not internal jobs or my friends seeking travel jobs. Stay very far away.

In a way I think they already are doing that with all the outsourcing that is occurring.
LRS and MedSol offices are right next to each other in Omaha. It would make sense for the two to just combine since they do pretty much the exact same work. Honestly, MedSol could learn a few things from the other companies. There's a reason why they are sitting better than MedSol is. You don't hear the other major companies going through major layoffs... I wonder why that is. Definitely could learn a few things.
Only one healthcare competitor is current larger than MedSol in the United States and that is Aya. Triage, RTG, Fusion, Titan, etc…are all small potatoes compared to MedSol. LRS is probably the next largest staffing firm in Omaha now since they were acquired by Jackson Healthcare out of Atlanta. MedSol would probably either sell off pieces of the company or acquire additional companies before getting acquired by another competitor.
