What is happening with all Carina’s poor hires? What is she doing, she has no experiance, is Michelle aware of what is going on seems you don't need any experiace anymore to grow at adidas. It’s only about favourites. Ana Pineche is another poor example. She is not a supportive leader, was very close to the right leaders and landed a big role.

Human Resources is not your Friend, HR protects the company. Sh---y Managers won't be let go by HR. Very hard to be let go for doing a sh---y job, the only people who ever get let go are the ones that speak out or the ones that don't check the box.
Just shut up and find a job elsewhere. So call out all the bad ones; to the poster who said it's a weak persona to call out sh---y people by name is hiding behind the keyboard.

Calling out people by name is pretty cr-ppy. If you're not willing to write yours, you should really be more thoughtful about doing this IMO.

There is no place for talent in this company where who-you-know and whos-asss-u-lik is more important than merit—mediocre people at all levels. We have incapable M3s crying that they are not getting promoted (I had a direct report who cried in all assessment 1:1s) and M1 and M2s who cannot find jobs anywhere else and their best strategy is to ensure all competition is eliminated.
