CEO sits with his team and gets emotional that no executives last with him so what he is got grateful for. What he's got are the most incompetent pool of leadership team, outside RingCentral no-one will hire them even as VP's. No-one from outside wants to join his team so he's working with an existing pool of people to shuffle around. Chief Accounting Officer is now Chief Operations Officer, after two COO's left in three years, 2nd CFO in three years and possibly a third on the way, 2 CHRO's in three years (no CHRO wants to accept the offer to join RingCentral). Chief Legal and Administrative Officer is another joke. Not sure how he's ranked 2nd worth in stock compensation over $300M. Only if the CEO knew to trust the right person. He can't even trust himself. He thinks he's got the best executive team, who are actually taking the company down the drain soon. He allows them to keep top heavy highly compensated folks all the way up to VP's in each functions that add no value on the growth of the company and are not well qualified to be in those positions. They have their own friends circle and favorites that keeps getting promoted. Are they blind to see this or just being ignorant? Yet keeps laying off worker bees in the company every quarter for last two years consistently. So unethical to hire and fire people within a year or less. Good leaders are humble but probably leaders in RingCentral can't even spell "humble". Leadership in RingCentral don't count blessings but only curse. It's such a shame! Not sure how far can they stretch this pattern and survive in the tech industry. Is Wall Street blind to see all this? Those analyst are probably bribed. LOL
