So there is hope to keep my position until 2027? I should update my LinkedIn profile and resume ASAP.

I have colleagues and friends express that it is taking six months to a year to find a position. Many companies are having you jump through hoops only to make less than what you’re making when you’ve been with a company for 10 years or more. Recruiters are overwhelmed and candidates feel like they are ghosted .

Some inexperienced Recruiter do not know how to read a résumé or pick up a phone for clarification of things that they are unsure of?

Some companies will hire recent graduates and pay them half as much because they come with fresh ideas. Hmm what does that training curve look like?
