I don't believe we're done with layoffs. I don't care what they're saying. I don't think they're above lying to us to make sure productivity does not drop just to yank the rug from under us once again. I've already started looking for a new job and I'll be gone as soon as I find a decent alternative.

EXECS, should be the first to have their PAY CUT and thin out the execs. LAY THE OFF!
Every year for the last four years this company has experienced layoffs. The reason has changed but the pattern is there. This is not new. This happened, now it's time to move on and get to work. If you don't like that, find a new job somewhere else. Complaining over and over anonymously is not helping anyone.
that;s why i left these guys 1 year ago, i was feeling same
Everyone I have spoken to is anxious and unnerved. Hard to concentrate on work and morale very low.
It's a tough call to make. It can happen again even at a new job. You'll have to weather a probationary period and you may fall victim to any pending layoffs at the new company.
I don’t believe they’re done either. Everyone I have spoken to is anxious and unnerved. Hard to concentrate on work and morale very low.
If our leadership had a choice to make in order to make sure we were building for the long-term: do we disappoint shareholders and deliver less profitability in the short term to make some investments in our people and products that will take more than 1 year to payoff? Or, do we disappoint our people and cut to the bone so we can meet unrealistic expectations that we communicated on our earnings call? We all know what choice our leaders will make. So why do we keep blowing smoke about the importance of people, team, culture...? Maybe if we only paid a bonus to execs if the met some employee engagement score things might change. Like one great investor said "show me the incentives, I'll show you the outcome." When revenue growth and margin are the incentives, we don't matter.
