Thread regarding NCR Corp. layoffs

Actual layoffs at the end of September

I got information from an executive director that there are layoffs at the end of September. Voyix is going to be mostly impacted. Hardware is going to be hit hard.

I was shocked hardly anything last week, but it’s coming, no way it’s not, just looking for a buyer to take it all, NCR wants out of the retail side, they know they can’t run it profitably, writing contracts, making smart business decisions, and running lean and efficient is nothing NCR has ever been able to do, they are out!

Things seem great overseas. Parties, gatherings, community events. Layoffs every month in the USA.

They need to start trimming the fat of non revenue - non customer facing internal IT teams. Too many overpaid managers and team members considered overhead. Those jobs can easily be outsourced. Leave the revenue producing or customer facing positions alone.
