Starting to look and feel like Burlington in Malta ------- inedible cafeteria food with price hikes, roof leaks, parking lots full of cracks and weeds, toilets bagged up and facilities crew cutting costs at all cost.....we call this a great place to work? Dumpier by the day and don't dare to say a word or you will be singled out by your manager

Fab9 should just shut down. Someone mentioned it's a sh*thole. Believe me it's way worse than that, 2nd and 3rd line managers are the worst I have ever seen.
That is if you ever see them, they are never around.

It really is to bad GF is not taking care of Malta F8 site. Burlington has always been a sh*thole since IBM days and GF has done really nothing to improve it. It is like a ghost town in BTV F9, a site setup for offices to house like 9K-10K people in the peak with now probably less than 1.5K-2K on-site daily. The parking lots around 967 building are growing small trees now not just weeds. Eventually F9 site will just shut down and become one big run-down ghost town which will slowly deteriorate to nothing over time, very sad for a once flagship site.
The general appearance of GF Malta is a direct reflection of the employee culture and SLT's management of the business. Cheap and dirty. I hear people are still quitting regularly.
But dont worry we have Xmas party again next year

Burlington was destroyed by IBM with zero upkeep, GF has done some cosmetic updates, but place is still a dump!!!

Hard to believe Burlington’s been around for decades and Malta is this dilapidated after ~10 years. Feels like every big new tech is “the key to saving/expanding Fab8” for about 18 months before it gets quietly ki-led and replaced with a new buzzword.
