A toxic culture that pits employees against one another instead of encouraging them to work together, horrible corporate politics, constant reorgs, overall disorganization, and incompetent management are just some of the things that come to mind. No wonder attrition is so high.

I was laid off last year. For sure things have become worse. Looking back, glad I am no longer in that toxic work environment. No wonder Sabre is sinking rapidly.
I don’t know anyone left that is happy other than happy to have a job. Most are miserable and in fear of getting laid off.
With Sabre it is a numbers game. SVPs, VP, Directors, Managers are fighting their own employees to keep their jobs. Who do you think will win and who gets run over?
@2nec+1uhMaMQC I agree. She will do anything to keep her job. Unfortunately this goes back to Gavin and Blake who are incompetent clowns. Sabre needs a shakeup and get rid of these entrenched incompetent clowns.
True. My Delivery Director is based in UK. She is the most incompetent leader I have ever worked for. She will tell you one thing and the next day throw you to the wolves to save herself. Her only goal is to keep her job even if it means sc--wing you over. Sabre is a toxic workplace since everyone is fighting each other to keep their jobs.
This goes back to the leaders. Not a single leader is in their position for their leadership or people skills. Look at the delivery team, every single manager, director, VP got the position because they su-k up to their bosses. None of them have any leadership or people skills. My Director wants to keep themselves safe from getting laid off and therefore undermines everyone. It is a super toxic environmental.
