Investors seems to like the billion $ reduction in inventory

Looks like BB is pushing very hard for the deep inventory reductions. And is rewarded by the share price increases

Let's see the coming Q3 earnings call. Whether BB can continue to convince the analysts to pump up the 3M share price

When will BB pull the trigger for the layoff this year?

Still a vast army of middle managers in 3M. Other than collating reports, making fancy PowerPoint slides and Strategic Plans, and of course attending meetings all day.....not sure how they contribute to 3M.

A great start will be to cull this herd to some extent, there are still too many of them.

I realize that some positions are needed, after all who will do the housework of upper management! It is perhaps a necessary evil.

Investors are just relieved that d-mb as a doorpost Roman is contained…

good to see the share price rising , BB has done well for the first 100 days, really need to accept more layoffs will happen but this should not be a problem. We are still top heavy , no more C-Suite to be handed any more roles, we need to cut a few more production roles maybe in EMEA and bring the work back to the States,

they may be able to cut inventory during this dull period. wait till Q1 when the sales surge. everyone will be scrambling for air shipping and COGS will skyrocket. mark my words
