Feels like we should prepare to be underwhelmed. Profitability down following the price of oil so DW will be looking to cut.
Hmmmmm, the time is almost near. Any updates to this salary treatment for 2025? I heard it was unusually quiet this time around
OD = 20%
O = 15%
E = 10%
VG = 3%
All lower = 0% except NSI = 25% if you take the PIL
CLs are 5%

I think it comes out November. I would expect the raises will be low, need to save cash for DWs bonus
To early for that sort of information, if someone post something then they are likely telling you a lie
