I’m so anxious about the town hall it says there will be business updates discussed. One hour session at end of business day concerns me that there may be lay offs or restructuring again.
If ever a reason to use AI, this is it. A more human presentation and it can actually answer questions.

i just delete the townhall invites. I stopped bothering with them about 5 years ago no useful information. If i want to watch good propaganda i will turn on the network news
These always happen before layoffs. Know for a fact one is planned for Oct and this might mean it’s being moved earlier into Sept. Surprised the exec named in OP doesn’t get more heat as it’s pretty clear the deep cuts started when he came back and he’s done it before. Expect rah rah but no real plan then another round of cuts.

I don't even bother with them anymore. Use that time to go outside, take a walk or otherwise care for yourself. If you want to see what they blab on about, they always send out a link afterward. I promise you it's nothing more than the communications teams working overtime to present a clean-cut version of what they want you to see.
This Town Hall is at 330 pm. No Town Hall ever done in the afternoon.
