Tone deaf presentation with videos of management getting the royal treatment at QIPL, BDC to room full of SD employees. Seriously?!!No one cared about the 'Programs' either. No one bothered to ask questions. What a joke.

Get over the two path whiteboard drawing.
You were just supposed to shake your head from side to side.
SD heads getting cut to keep affording Feld consultants, which deliver nothing but fancy slide decks and arms Cisco with buzz words. Akash is getting wise to the game.
The only goal for IT and DVC is to move everything to India even though the majority of the work is being done in San Diego and QIPL is taking the credit for it. Even India managers in the US keep building up the QIPL teams even though they say they support San Diego employees.
Lot of QIPL senior management gets paid just to receive and provide royal treatment to the SD visitors, the higher the title the higher the hospitality, just to butter them up... I hope all these Jokers are sent out so they can actually work in a hotel as waiters :-)
@adn+: You hit the nail on the head. On top of that the guy acts so territorial that he has duplicated functions that other teams already had the skillsets and were already doing effectively!
The disconnect between senior leadership and the low rung employees is jarring.
Cisco was such a sh-t hire he’s accomplished nothing. The whole new era was a farce nothing changed at all. The fact that the best we could do is poach a guy from FedEx (definitely not known for their tech) says all you need about OneIT.
It’s not a joke. Q needs more Monotone coding experts.
Was it AHM? Could see only tourists
