Of course they are letting go of the 50 - 55 employees…..they are on the legacy pension plan and they don’t want those $2mln pension liabilities.
And the commenter who said he (or she?) just received the job offer from the re-org and the very next day was told they were affected by Phase 2 ? WTH? Shell EC needs to drop the “Care” claptrap because they are just embarrassing themselves at this point.
Actually, it’s the Boomers they get rid of! Haven’t you noticed, once. Person hits 50-55, Shell pushes them out the door?
