It is too difficult to fire employees in the NL because of Staff Consult politics. So it is best to just move all bloat to India. Therefore projects that require 10 people can be staffed with 20 for roughly the same cost. The projects will still be delivered late but the various DRBs and DEs will not be able to draw any correlations or hold anyone accountable. Just a bunch of circlej--king and political maneuvering in the Hague.

A horribly inefficient company. Comically inefficient. It has been 18 months and Wael has not done p-o p-o aside from allow himself to be managed by his direct reports and sign on for more senseless and endless reorgs.

haha. you kidding? they hate the US. most expensive employees. shell wants to be an indian tech support company that does nothing besides charge people to have a shell logo on their gas station and trading. we are well on our way to having zero assets making money. penny pincher wael can’t sell assets and fire people fast enough.

the netherlands gets to have a useless office in the hague because its cool and traditional. it adds no value anymore since we some consult with the hague because we are no longer RDS. there’s even another office 20 minutes away. but corporate is complaining about 1000 main and west hollow not being needed in the US and not their dutch darlings.

Well technically it’s a uk company. But it’s irrelevant. In order though, USA very expensive, uk cheap, Indian staff a bit cheaper. NL expensive but still run the show as all the big bosses are there.
