How was Warn notice of 60 days not given???

Google what a warn notice is my guy.
Any company can avoid WARN Act penalties by paying 60 days or more in severance. Which probably applies to most of those who were laid off.
WARN act is US labor law.
Since Global is not a plant, 1/3 reduction is required for WARN notification.
Didn’t hit 50 people at the same location, probably.
You must not be in the U.S. There is no warning here. You can get canned any time without warning.
