Revenue down but profit and cash flow massively up. Maybe their awful plan of stripping out any cost i.e. humans is working lol I guess time will tell if clients vote with their feet and if revenue drops as client dissatisfaction with being offshored kicks in.

Here is what’s going to happen. They will have contracts in place and it will look good on paper and the private equity consortium will sell. ETA one year!
I mean: profit = revenue - expenses and if revenue didn't increased...
I find it ugly that they talk to us like this, do they actually think we are all stupid or something? I hate this company soooooo much!
It’s not just about the quality of service being affected, but also the loss of capability and control. As more expertise is offshored, we’re losing the ability to effectively solve problems and, to some extent, even understand them. This could have long-term consequences that go beyond just a drop in revenue.
I work with customer complaints at GN and its very obvious what kind of errors are being made now compared to just a few months ago. Customers are for sure starting to notice the dip in quality
They've offshored too much. Quality will decline and any new work will get delayed or will never be completed. They're betting on clients being stuck with Nielsen but there are some competitors. Doesn't seem like it will work. Any talent left in the US/Europe with options is going to be looking to jump ship at the first opportunity too.
“financially healthy companies” don’t send the entire labor force overseas
“Our future is strong because of each of you”. Ok buddy right… that’s why you’re replacing all of us
