I’m hearing there is an increasing chance the acquisition will not go through, anybody hearing anything on the subject?

I'm just ready for the sweet relief of getting severed.

MRO & COP are finalizing the first round of questions from FTC. So far SEC and FTC seem pleased with the transaction. Rumored that MRO & COP would finish the second round of FTC questions by end of September. Might be a little tight for a December 2024 closing but doable. Most of the lawsuit have little merit. So what if Lee is getting $100 million severance? Better pay attention to the 60-day WARNs.

Marathon filed an amended 8K to the SEC with additional disclosures as requested by the litigants on Aug 19. It also contained additional equity research on the price targets for the shares.

Are you referring to the lawsuit that was filed, stating MRO is way undervalued?

Shareholders voted yes so I’m assuming you’ve heard wrong. We are all extremely excited to be brought on by COP and drive their business to the next level!
