Personal experiences - some severances are not being paid out even though signed into the package and was told it was active - Looks like a good lawsuit to me.
Is severance paid every 2 weeks in the USA? We got lump sum payment?
Check your paystubs if you are collecting severance. Make sure the balances are right. Make sure the withholdings add up. That's your money!
Those let go this past week shouldn’t feel defeated. Between the severance and jump start on job hunt, those remaining CE’s are going to be working longer hours and worse schedules. Burnout is going to be occurring.
