Managers who clearly handball tasks and brag about no longer having reports, can't communicate and when they do they seem to have the memory of a brick, are too busy back slapping each other to actually know what's happening in their teams, and act like bratty children in the office.
And after tomorrow, HR doesn't exist anymore so if anyone's got an issue with it... Good luck.

Cengage is planning a hiring freeze due to the DOE being disassembled by a dangerous and illegal president who loves the uneducated.
If you look at Cengage U.S. career page, only 15 jobs or so are available. I wouldn't be shocked if the recruitment is reserved exclusively for offshore sites.
