I’m in services, we have the same crazy quotas as the other groups. There has been some changes related to AI and other alignments but I don’t see a mass layoff for us in the next 12 months, we are very lean and the comp plan was where the big changes were made this half.
You bet..seems in Dell services org is running as a separate division. Doing their own things, own focus, set their own KPIs. Not really aligning to the overall sales motion and too much autonomy.
