Are layoffs / sale of assets still a possibility looking ahead at next 12 months?
If so - which business units are likely to be sold off?

Is the plan to
- Sell rest of Arris bu's ( once price is right.. no firesale low bids accepted)
- Keep stomping on remaining employees until they leave or just su-k it up?
Should be some accountability on how employees have been treated which has been deplorable in a lot of cases.

All the ones that give Ol Marlon a down mark must be the ones that have already turn the corner
No. Comm got fortunate that someone bought a piece of the pie, so they can afford to pay off their debt. The market liked that. However, the management and the same old HR haven't changed. So, the answer is still no.

Those are the people that have turned the corner and there is always a few standing in line to be next and the high cheese is smiling and waiting because he knows he has us all by the taint meat
There is no corner for comm to turn bc it is in death spiral. The "improvement" is from selling off assets, get some cash to polish the balance sheet, and that cash use only beef up the VPs level, not you or me! I believed coax cable is the last resort for comm which it is started from there, but who buy coax and tons of competitors! It is a dying industry.
Unless the company is bought by another entity, I cannot see turning the corner until the debt is either taken care of, reduced, or an actual plan for dealing with it is in place.
