Intel management sees every one of us as very replaceable and they will continue to replace us as long as they have cheaper options. That's the way things are and they're not going to change any time soon. It's not about what you know or how good you are at your job. It's all about how much you earn.

Every layoff is to please the investors. It is a financial engine. Look at the disparity between Ai engineers and others. Corporations are not people. They pass on the tax burden to employees under our unfair tax system.
Don't trust the sermons from Corporations. They will jettison people ruthlessly.
I have faced the efficiency culling. I never looked back and I am happier.
Sadly, I think that is true for most of big corporations…they expect company loyalty, but.they have no employee loyalty—their loyalty is to the bottom line.
