Too many competent and experienced people were let go. I also don’t trust either McKinsey or our mgmt to come up with reorganization which will result in improved performance without us working for three people. But we already know we are the least important asset of this company, right? I can hardly say I’m disappointed or surprised. And I’m definitely looking to exit.

Tim Anderson cut Heartland inside sales pay and this is after giving the online payments reps a pay raise off 400 a month. They they cut it to minimum wage. And all for a company making record profits. This company deserves to go bankrupt

When that was annouced and Cameron's email in January about redeployment of capital, I was outta there faster than bullet in a g-n. Saw it coming months in advance.
This company has been a mess for a while. I've been actively interviewing all year and have a couple of offers to go elsewhere. I was hoping to get caught up in this layoff, but wasn't so lucky. I put in my notice yesterday. So severance for me.
I think they may be counting on more of us leaving voluntarily. It saves them from having to pay out the severance package. So far the signs are pointing to this being a disaster. I got thrown into a project and have no idea what I'm doing. There's at least one tool outage. I've been updating my resume in between putting out fires.
