Half of my business portfolio is "looking at all options" for open enrollment this year. Businesses and the members are reporting scam calls related to the CHG hack. They also are complaining that our services are worse than less expensive competitors. I'm definitely not getting my sales bonus this year. I'm guessing a 30% drop in E&I revenue this year. Why are the technology products built by Optum so bad!

It will look fine. At this time they are increasing their escalation list and they will increase denials hence squeezing the lemon like they did in 2023

Optum products are bad. Because focus shifted from quality, customer and innovation to cost cutting. What do you expect when we choose IT offshore service focused people to lead product? Product is a mindset can't be achieved by service folks.
I was wondering how 3rd quarter revenue is going to look. Not that there will be raises or bonuses this year, either I'd imagine.
