Internal sources at Dell say the company will cut 20,000 jobs this year, after an initial 6,000 in March. This particular arithmetic comes from inside the company. HR employees told Business Insider that Dell plans to bring its employee count under 100,000.

Dell is a CHEAP asf company, hardly any travel approved, no corporate drinks and don't allow expenses of anything. Better to go find a start-up with open pockets to have fun with.

Yes, Dell I'd getting back to the 100k employee count ( pre covid,) Dell saw record growth in PC, followed by infrastructure during the pandemic and companies were moving toward wfh. Those sale numbers no longer exist so no need for that many people

Yeah, somehow this list is missing the ongoing sla-ghter going on over at Broadcom, where CEO Hock Tan continues to swing his machete and jettison thousands upon thousands of VMW personnel. I know things are not great at Dell, but be happy you're not getting absorbed into the borg otherwise known as Broadcom.
