This department is becoming a disaster. Who hires these people? Where do they come from? They expect things to happen and just keep piling up work. People are done. They have had it. They want stuff to be done that either cannot be done or would take months to achieve. Once again where do they find these people. No idea what they are doing and think rabbits can be pulled out of a magic hat.

Can someone tell me where they hire these upper management from? Close friends? This company is going downhill very fast. They have no respect for anyone who works for them. People are dropping like flies.
Who hires there leaders? The new management is nothing but someone who they were probably good friends with. That whole department is being sunk to the ground. Good Luck to them when they see multiple people leave.

It’s not just the NOC, it’s the entire company and anything associated with Altice. Inept leadership from the head of the board of directors all the way down.
