When your only strategy is to buy other companies and not innovate. You run out of companies to buy and then executives sit in their suite at a falcons game and ask what next? Hmmm

I was told 7 years ago Heartland would not be updating any of their products- they were waiting for global to update them - well they never did and Heartland tanked while we all watched!
The latest round is all to try and avoid missing the end of year numbers with some accounting sleight of hand. All the real payment people with actual knowledge have been let go and with no vision or strategy or even understanding of the actual business they are in there's going to be nothing to excite customers. Modernisation is a white elephant that's going sink the company when the costs are finally revealed for no discernible benefit

I've not seen any innovation at the company. No strategy to integrate acquired companies. The only goal I've seen is wanting the stock price to go up and the only strategy to do that is to buy more revenue though acquisitions.
