Any insights on severance package in US? Is it based on job grade or years of service?

No wonder morale is busted. All those Well Being days and Summer Fridays where so many had to work anyways and all for what - a couple weeks severance. Come on, at least cover us for 12 weeks or so. We got you that high paying LT salary.

Pro-rated AIP payout will next year. Just need to wait. A lot of manager discretion when it comes to pay out.

21 weeks and change for Senior Director
16 for Director
Lesser for managers
RSU's prorated for the year

Which hr documents are you referring to?

They do not care how long you have worked there, and in many cases if you worked there for decades you are considered part of the problem.

The severance package information is in the HR documents so very easy to find. Don't worry about them "knowing" you are looking. 1) they are not smart enough to figure it out and 2) They don't care if you are as that has no bearing on who will get cut
