Before I write more I would like to get some opinions on what others think of the CBPT leadership team

Didn't FBT recently get lot of new leaders, including some like JK who is probably one of the extremely rare technologist senior leaders in the firm.

Its the same people who have been in the BU for 20 years. It's a one size fits all methodology, they push people out that want to try new ideas that may actually raise associate moral, and they protect weak leaders because it's too much effort to work them out.

It is a man's world over there. Sickening and fake.

Leadership in FBT has always been subpar. It’s obvious to anyone actually productive in FBT.
Ignore the non-productive brown nosers.

I don't work for FBT but I go to them with work requests and questions from time to time. It's an incredibly confusing org structure and I usually just get punted around a bunch of times before I get in touch with the appropriate team.

I think you should write more first.

There is certainly a lot to say but it can't be easy managing that space either.

What level of leadership? I think we are missing technical leadership overall. The highest level of technical folks seem to be L6 Principal Software Engineers.
