Hope everyone enjoyed having a bonus the last few years. They rolled out a new bonus program, and it looks horrid. Current numbers stand at 91.1% of our bonus being paid out, with higher ups telling us to expect a lower bonus this year. Anyone who stays here is clueless. A big F-U to BlackRock for ruining this place (assuming it wasn't ruined before...)
