Every month or so management will have a meeting to ask for feedback but when engineers give their feedback it is usually brush off as our own problem rather that things they can help to improve. If all they wan to hear is management is great, Q is great then why have such time wasting meeting.

most Qualcomm Managers do not agreed with feedback from people you work with.

It is very simple. If they listen to commonsense, they will have nothing to do (I mean ... like "give directions")
