Personally, I prefer ISP, and the reason is to ensure I never return to this unpleasant place.

I missed the window for VSP election. Just couldn't decide. Had one interview, that wasn't a good match.
I regret not opting for VSP.
ISP will not be the same. In fact the vast majority of ISP will not get packages. Some will but most won’t. Guess we will find out soon
For this specific ISP it will be the same package at least in GER. I verified it couple of times via different channels. Even after ISP if the person left in "good term" he/she is still rehireable.
The decision is yours. Just FYI.
ISP seems last day is around Nov. 15th. VSP last day is Sept. 30th; so 6 weeks earlier. VSP mentions a 9 week pay, I do not know if ISP would have that. It's a toss up really at this point if you've been informed you are likely part of the action.
