Management just a clown show. Never seen so many incompetent people trying to run things.
Actually there are. Not very many, Boeing loves to layoff the older more experienced people because they cost more than a new hire.
But the few that are around have tried really hard to fix issues, but management is too busy with management speak to actually listen.
Non technical people think they know better than technical people.
The only problem at Boeing is that there isn't anyone at any level who is competent and experienced to successfully do anything aerospace related. Other than that, everything is peachy keen.
