I haven’t seen any real transformation that will accomplish long term gains for the company…
What I have seen: feel good title changes, early retirements disguised as layoffs (with a nice severance package), shady vender contracts, and whole slew of new projects that claim to fix an inefficiency but in truth only distract from the root cause.

Expensive investment in sap that is bleeding to date and no end in sight. Sap took our lunch money and knee capped us (commercial can’t operate like before)
So what is the root cause?
