Propel Fuels versus Phillips 66

The Propel Fuels theft of trade secrets trial against P66 is supposed to kick off today.
There are 3 ways this can go, none of them being particularly good for Phillips:

  1. Go to trial and win in which case the status quo is merely maintained.
  2. Go to trial and lose in which case the risk of a large judgment against Phillips is great.
  3. Settle before a judgement is rendered in which case Phillips would be liable for some amount.
