Who is eligible for VSP, say, in hillsboro Oregon?
Is it open for excemt? Non-exempt?
What about the techs that want the VSP?
What’s the process like?

2023 CPM 1.0 did not allow VSP, only ISP.
2024's CPM "allowed" VSP until last Friday , but who knows if the "conspiracy theories" thrown about in this Forum has any cred.
We'll see by Sep 15, the date VSPed folks supposedly leaving.
