@dcjl Yep… I was frustrated with search bc only ad content was returned. But the final straw was the AI response ARGUING with me. It literally lectured me on my search input.
I always thought it would be hard or inconvenient to switch. Actually, it took less than 30 seconds and ChatGPT told me how. I guess you’re never too big to fail.

I'll just leave this here in case any Google employees or execs would ever look here. But how in the %$#@ did you guys mess up it up THAT bad? Google- the search engine- has become almost useless. In a lame attempt to try and get in on the AI bandwagon its now an utter mess. Now a search only shows cr-p advertisers want you to buy. And the front-loaded AI results are not at all useful. I suspect layoffs will result unless someone with actual brains can untangle that mess. Ironic. Wasn't Google only hiring the cream of the crop from ivy league schools? Maybe they should have also hired a few with common sense.
