The attitude of ADP when I used to work there was you were working there because you loved to work, not make money.
A manager once told me: "You won't get rich working at ADP". But I already knew that.

Max merit possible is 4.17%. Average is around 2-2.5%.
2% myself, hearing about the same for others
I've heard from a few people and can confirm myself that raises are at or below 2%. Some bonus eligible folks didn't even get 100% of their bonus.
Morale seemed low late last week...
Haven’t had review yet, but think merit increases will be small since they tacked on 2% to WAO bonus.
