We all have some stories about the lunacy and dysfunction at exxon. There should be a guide book on how to navigate the insanity at exxon. A cliffs note guide to exxon or an id--ts guide to working at exxon. Tips like not to trust anyone and don t be a hero. An id--ts guide to working at a dysfunctional workplace. Someone should start posting fight the power sheets on the bulletin boards. Exxon doesn't have physical boards because of the fear that someone would post the truth. Fight the power, rebel and quiet quitting. I want to empower the masses to revolt and not take the injustice. The managers hate when you call them out about the dysfunction. So if you are protected or ready for retirement kick them for the ones that cannot. You have nothing to lose except you dignity and soul. I'm mad as he ll and I am not going to take it anymore. Fight back and revolt. Revenge is a sweet dessert best served cold. It must be done to balance the universe as the evil must be offset by goodness. I wish I could lead a revolution or walkout at exxon before I leave or am dead.

I have read the book. I am living the the book now and waiting for the next Valdez or horizon. Remember the motto "more with less". We will become a more efficient and
dangerous company.
Nobody would because you engineers are a bunch of passiveaggressive p*ssies who cant handle real confrontations. And all you care about is money and QOL, so would never dedicate ur effort to such a thing.
Read the book by Steve Coll, it is excellent
