No more VSP for now.

The next phase ISP. Time for me to take some personal time off. What's your plan until then?

ISP pays out saved sabbatical in all US states. Saved vacation only in a few states including CA but not AZ.

In California yes it’s paid out
Also carry over of vacation days up double your yearly holidays.
Boss has to talk to payroll to say how many days

Totally waiting to get let go - I was going to VSP but my boss told me we were all toast , so taking the extra time and will ride into the sunset and do all I can to discredit this farce of a company .

Floating holidays yes if non-exempt, save the vacation to get extra $$ to hold you over if let go.

May as well use all of your vacation days. It’s nearly the end of the year.
