Need Paid leave

Intel should put all of us on paid leave until they get their $hit together. Thoughts?

Isn’t employment at Intel already paid leave?

People are showing up, but is any real work being done? Where is the motivation when even the direction on projects is left to be debated among the ELT? All the Retirement people grabbed the opportunity when it appeared. Everything has already grounded to a halt.

This is the worst way to do reductions. They should have had a plan together and executed it in hours rather than the months they are taking to reshape intel. All that time is essentially paid leave as progress on all fronts is essentially "paused".

Intel has no leadership

Thats seems unreasonable but I could certainly see bringing back VTOP. It might help identify ISP targets for CPM3 but that’s between you and your boss
