I have never seen such sadness in FCA people in 10 years I worked here!

Its like they forgot about US employees hence horrible results are that lag indicator finally showing up when supply and demand rightsize. Claims way up sales su-k, moral trashed as no one seems to have future in N.A. This will not be fixed overnight with N.A. in dire straits. The most important market for revenue and profit for company.
