Most of the discrimination claims in a class action by employees who were laid off after Elon Musk acquired Twitter Inc. may proceed, a federal trial court said.

But Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín of the US District Court for the Northern District of California dismissed an employees’ race discrimination claims with leave to amend.
