What Can I do to make my manager put me on his ISP list beside getting fired?

I new a guy that would walk very quickly through the buildings with a clipboard, pretending to be running off to an urgent meeting. If anyone asked him anything, he would say: I need to get back to you later.
When not walking around, he's spend hours in the bathroom stalls using his phone.
Then one day he got fired, and for some reason he got hired back as CEO.

I hate to be taken advantage of if I get the ISP. I wouldn't lift a finger until then.
Make is apparent that you are ‘done’ every won’t want you around … toxicity is your friend …
Crank it down to 1st gear ! No more priority emergency A/Rs ! Just show up and wander around ! Pretend like you give a damn at meetings and your email responses but only with a noun and a verb no details included ! Do some Amazon shopping and watch You Tube more ! Don't respond back to your boss or coworkers often; indisposed RR ! Go full slack do nothing for this Q3 take more sick leave and vacations ! They have until Nov end to ISP us out ! Only the good die young !
Ask him who are you supposed to report him to for having as--ulted you in the bathroom.
I know of a few who have had this discussion with their manager. Those that are on the fence about leaving or those who want the extra 6 weeks of pay and ins.
