It seems like the trend is that layoffs are mainly affecting teams that joined Optum and UHG through acquisitions. Has anyone else noticed this?
In every major round of layoffs, most of the impacted individuals I see are from those teams. Of course, others are affected too, but this is just a general observation.
What are your thoughts?
