Yes, there is some pro-rated amount, but it is unclear how much with the usual March '24 merit/bonus period being pushed to October '24, which makes it even more confusing. I'll circle back once I have a better idea.

I had a surprise 1:1 with management scheduled for 10/15, but they bumped it up to today (10/14) after I started asking questions, so I got the RIF notification early—I'm in AMS GTM.
The severance package is solid overall, though I still have a few questions about vesting stock and SIP payments. Honestly, I'm somewhat relieved to be moving on from this chaotic environment. I wish everyone the best of luck as they navigate what's ahead!

October 14 for HQ in California does = October 15 for APJ
So perhaps October 14 is still accurate, even if the start is October 15 for the employees
Someone mentioned the week of Oct 14th is the start. Somewhere down the line, that got translated to ‘it’s definitely happening the 14th.’

I see that the goalpost keeps on moving... Layoffs were supposed to start today, now some people (as per OP) are saying that's happening tomorrow. It's pretty obvious that no one has a clue at this point.
