Neal should go. Hasn't done a thing other than talk.
The CEO is enjoying his time with Neal. It might be beneficial for Walgreens to consider replacing both individuals sooner rather than later. On a positive note, Roz joined United Airlines, and we've observed an improvement in their services since. Dear CEO and Neal, there is no room for excuses! You are here more than a year, and you destroyed Walgreens!
