4 years now since the end of DMs and the start of Team Leads. Stores are still worse off for it. Morale, especially for the longer term associate TL is terrible. I had a bigger team as a DM in a service department than I do as a Team Lead. Your team is basically OPD draftees. No reason to stay until 11pm. At least if your not going to scrap the TL give them the old ZMS late hours of 11-8 vs 2-11. They will atleast lift spirit a little bit.
I been waiting and hoping for the end of TL announcement here like the ZMS and DMs, but you are all letting me down 😅. Probably should watch what I ask for, it can always get worse.
